Is there any cost for exhibiting other than the exhibition fee?
There are loading and unloading by vehicle, furniture leasing, electricity usage fee, etc. Details of the options will be announced in the "Exhibition Manual" after the exhibition is confirmed.

Is it possible to exhibit with children?
Yes, it is possible.

Can I exhibit under multiple brands?
As a general rule, it is prohibited to jointly exhibit with individual brands or with two or more companies.
Is it possible to bring in a vehicle?

Vehicles can be brought in, but there are restrictions on the time and number of vehicles. In addition, there will be a charge. Details will be announced in the "Exhibition Manual" after the exhibition is confirmed.

Is it possible to do a sample tasting in the booth?
According to the standards set by the public health center, it is necessary to submit documents regarding the contents of food and drink provision, and a separate fee for water supply and drainage facilities will be charged. Also, please note that there is an application deadline.

Is it possible to take pictures at the venue?
Exhibitors and visitors are allowed to take pictures inside the venue. However, photography inside the booth is subject to the permission of each exhibitor.
 
About ONLINE SHOWROOM
Regarding page production

Q1.

A.

Is there anything the brand has to do to create the page?
We will discuss the page structure in advance, and then submit the text and photos in a special format, and EXIV will create the page with the page structure based on the content of the meeting. It is also possible to take pictures of products as an option. Please contact us.

Q2.

Is there an upper limit to the number of products listed?
Up to 30 model numbers per exhibit. * For listings of 30 model numbers or more, it is possible to add for 5,000 yen for every 10 model numbers.

How do different colors of the same item count?
Basically, different colors are counted as the same model number, but it may be better to separate the model numbers depending on the number of color developments, so please contact us.

Is it possible to add or replace products on the brand page on the way?
Is possible. It can be updated once or twice a month. Please update the information on the page and approach the connected buyers and new buyers you want to acquire. Please contact your EXIV representative for additional registrations or replacements.

Q5.

Is it possible to post only the products that match the exhibition entry materials? Or, if some conditions are met, can it be posted even if it is not included in the exhibition entry materials?

If the brand has passed the exhibition screening, it is possible to list products that are not included in the materials. If there is a brand change or addition, it will be necessary to review again.

Since the stock is small, will it be a loss if it is sold out?
It is possible to post words such as made-to-order production / limited to 〇 pieces / scheduled to arrive in the next 〇 month.

If I request a photo shoot as an option, can I receive the data?
We will deliver it as data. (If necessary, please edit such as retouching and then submit the necessary materials to the page.)
About functions and services

Is it possible to view the management screen with multiple people?
We will prepare one ID and password for each brand, so multiple people can view it.

Is there a function that allows me to search for buyers and make contacts?
The buyers who visit the brand page are collected in the buyer list on the management screen (dashboard). You can freely contact the accumulated buyers.

Q3.

How long can the management screen be used? Will it be unavailable for viewing after the exhibition period is over?
The usage period of the management screen is the same as the exhibition period. After the period ends, we will provide the visitor list that can be viewed on the management screen and the analysis results such as the number of people who viewed the page.

Do I need to respond to inquiries about the quick message function 24 hours a day?
Since it is a "message" rather than a chat, please reply at the time of your choice. When you receive a message from a visitor, we will notify you by email.

If a business negotiation is concluded, will there be any fees, etc.?
There are no fees other than the exhibition fee (exhibition and option fees). A fee will be charged if you use the order system. Please contact EXIV.

Q6.

I already have a showroom, should I use the sample exhibition service?
We will prepare it as a place where you can see the real thing for those who do not have a showroom, but there is no problem if you use the real showroom of rooms to acquire new buyers. Due to limited space, we limit the number of brands that can be sampled each season.

Q7.

Does the sample exhibition service require each brand staff to participate during the period? Is there an upper limit?
Basically, the rooms staff will be on duty every day to respond to customers. However, please make an appointment with the buyer to introduce the product in the showroom, or replace the product during the period.

Q8.

Is there an automatic translation function?
The part displayed to the buyer does not have an automatic translation function. The information prepared by the brand will be displayed to the buyer as it is, so it is recommended to prepare the English notation. However, it is possible for foreign buyers to access the information using the translation function of google chrome.

Can I apply from anywhere on the ABCD schedule?

Can I renew after the contract for one season (3 months) expires?
An extension contract after the end of the period is also possible.

Is there a discount for continuous exhibitions?
We have a great plan for those who will be exhibiting for more than 2 seasons. For details, please see page 21 of the application guidelines.

Please explain the difference between the audition application and the exhibition application.
Only brands that have passed the audition are invited to apply for exhibition. Please apply for the audition first.

Q5.

What kind of auditions will be judged?
We will check the actual situation of the company / brand and examine whether it is a copy product.

Q6.

Is it possible for an agency or trading company to exhibit instead of a brand or manufacturer?
Is possible. It is also possible to post them all on one page, or to post them separately on the brand page (additional charge). ⇒ There is only one brand dashboard and order, and if you create each brand page, it costs 10,000 yen for each additional brand page.

Do I need to audition again if I have exhibited in rooms in the past?
Audition is required. (People who exhibited at the previous exhibition rooms41 do not need an audition)

I think there was an approach to the general public at the real exhibition, but what are your thoughts on the participation of the general public at this online exhibition?

A.

The online showroom is a service for business people. An online service (EC site) for the general public is scheduled to be launched later this year.

Will there be an announcement / exposure that a new brand has joined even after the secondary application deadline (released after 9/29)?
Information on additional public brands will be distributed on SNS such as Twitter / Instagram at any time. In addition, on the ONLINE SHOWROOM page, newly added brands will be displayed on the top page.
